broken communication

I enjoyed this book the more I got into it. It started slow with some background on the premise of the characters but quickly picked up speed. Casey has been lied to, experimented on and ultimately sentenced to death by the government. No wonder he doesn’t trust people…lol. Then we have Harmony…who is a real character…all stilettos and designer everything. The two of them make quite a couple. When Harmony goes missing the action picks up. Casey has been in love with her for a long time , but because of who and what he is, he has stayed away. All bets are off and Casey is going to stake his claim on her….if he can find her in time. The supporting characters are great…funny, slightly off kilter and altogether wonderful. I can’t wait for their stories. This is a short read but packed with so much promise that you just need to see for yourself. Pick it up…you won’t be disappointed.
