Easy to digest and apply

Cruised through this on the weekend before starting negotiations on compensation for a potential new job. Only wish I head read through it before any of my interviews ( as I've already broken the golden rule described in the book :( ). Still, I have some good concepts to work with for the negotiations. Wish me luck!!
