About the Book: My sister, Molly, my daughter, Margaret, and my wife, Mavis, had each written a few poems which were significant in my life. A number of poems arose, unbidden, into my consciousness—all I had to do was write them down on paper; some tales and some whimsy complete the little book. It was well received at local poetry readings. Each of my poems arose unbidden, from experiences of a personal nature that were significant to me during the period of 1980 to 1990. Each one was complete; each one was present as I awoke to face a new day; and each time I could not imagine creating a new poem by consciously doing so. A few years later I collected them, along with explanatory text, for inclusion in a little booklet.
