Synopsis

Chicago Love Tapestry a very physical romantic comedy by Erik Powell, Sr. "A woman named Autumn lay propped by pillows in the king-sized hotel bed, her face lit by a moonbeam and by the glow of first love. 'Love's spinning its inexorable web again,' she thought, 'much like the Chicago hits he played still roaring compulsively through my head....love, always able to snare the resolutely uncommitted...love, adroitly tricking survivors of recent commitments gone awry'". Sophisticated, independent travel agency owner Autumn Powers of Chicago bonds with Alabama-born actor/director Michael Green, who rescues her in Central Park. During an evening of role-playing in the Plaza Hotel, the pair try to glean honestry and truth from their levity, pondering such issues as love, loss, war, Katrina, cancer, AIDS, and sexuality--- until both must trade their dreams for the dawn....
