Wolf Eyes by C.R. Coburn is an adventure fiction about a Chickasaw village as it would have
been before the continent was discovered by the Europeans. Research done by studying the writings
of scribes that accompanied Hernando de Soto was used to aid in the portrayal of these ancient
tribes. Wolf Eyes is a brave possessing all the courage and stamina needed to overcome enemy
influenced by demonic forces of underworld spirits. He along with other brave members of his
village have their lives put in total calamity by evil members of a Waring tribe. Wolf Eyes has
to rely on spiritual attributes given to him by a spirit wolf to overcome his foes.
