    Commitment phobia

Penny is a free living kind of gal. He sister is married to royalty. And her sister’s brother-in-law (George) is now her new neighbor in her apartment and going to the same university. They become friends and Penny helps George in picking his classes and in general ion growing up. Put when Penny’s roommate goes home for an emergency George gives Penny some comfort that leads to more. Penny is fine with friends with benefits but George fall in love with her. And so Penny starts to run, even if it’s just mentally. This is a great HEA story that is well written and very entertaining to read.
