And much more.

Rest is vital to children's health, growth and development. Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child outlines proven strategies that ensure good, healthy sleep for every age.

    Lots of info, solid science

Really informative, accepting and hands on! The only but is sometimes dry boring language despite all the apparent tries. Nevertheless, wholesome read for any parent.
