    friendly delicious recipes and tips

    This is a must have book because of the user friendly delicious recipes and tips and delicious food!!! My family is reaping the benefits of eating new flavors and healthy food. And I also love that the paleo recipes are full of flavor and easy to prepare!

    fat is good?

    not all fat are bad. omega 3, for example is a type o fat that will help you have better blood circulation. this book is a good read indeed.

    great recipes

    This is the companion to the Paleo Diet. I highly, highly recommend this. There are some great recipes. My favorite are the Paleo Appetizers Recipes such as Tex Mex Salad and Kale Krisps. It is really effective to enjoy the rest of the dish. I can't wait to try other recipes. I will cook Sweet Potato and Agave Pancakes this sunday. Thanks for sharing this book. Highly recommended!!!!
