The most common reported characteristics of a hangover are feelings of extreme thirst (dehydration), feelings of being more tired than usual, nausea and headaches. A little confusing

The book is a great idea, yet each of the pages where it shows how to do each point has no info on what each point is connected to. Nor does it have each points benefits just the rare warning for pregnant women. Then in the back is gives a short compilation of what the benefits can be if you use all. I am sure each pressure point has its own information and not including this makes it really lacking
