"A Practical Guide to Simple Happiness" was written to explain how I went from being an unhappy person to becoming a much happier person.

I share with the reader in a very simple and fun manner, the changes in behavior, ideas, and routines I have used, and are still using to bring more happiness into my life.

Some of these changes discuss how to approach tasks we are faced with on a daily basis to make them more enjoyable.

Other changes talk about how to make life a little easier by slowing down and making time to relax.

A large portion of the book deals with how I am treating myself and others with more kindness through forgiveness, and by taking responsibility for my own feelings. The result being, that I am learning to be more content with who I am and what I have, in the current moment. The over-all effect is being happier.
