Have you ever read the city of ember? Well if so this is the next book for you, this book is a follow of the city if ember and the story of Doon and Lina in their perspective, it's a wonderful read aloud to kids or a in the head concentrate book. My only problem with this book is that the words don't flow as well as the first book. Also I've only read 38% of this book but so far it's not as interesting or exciting, but when you read the first book you kind of want to keep going and find out what happens in this amazing read! I would recommend this book to anyone 11 and older.
