Amazing insight into Sudanese culture and into the history of Midnight's mysterious character. Beautiful book loved it almost more than the Santiaga's story just for the cultural beauty that is captured so well.

I'm in love.

The strength of Midnight, Mayonaka, captured me wholly and completely. I must admit that it put things in perspective for me. The amount of passion and dedication he possesses shows me that this is how a man is supposed to love and cherish his closest. His heath was stronger than the diamonds he was given. He remained a specimen of a solid man. I want a true love like that; one that knows no bounds, no limits, refuses to take 'no' for an answer. In fact, I demand it. No man will be Midnight, but MY man will be a prototype. Sayonara.
