OMG...what a bad book
February 25th, 2013
This book is terrible. Worst diet info ever. It promotes bad health behavior. This is the kind of book you want to keep away from people who could potentially have an eating disorder. Cold baths and skipping meals just to lose a few pounds...NOT the kind of advice I was looking for to help me lose weight.
