We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams become reality, a lot of dedication, focus, hard work, integrity and connections is needed, not to mention the ability to bounce back from failure. There've been a lot of lessons learned. And these are some of the lessons I learned along the way. It does take a hell of a lot of courage to tell someone about your dream. And this is my dream.
