Synopsis

The author was a federal civil servant who was fired purely because he expressed political views, while off-duty and not in the workplace, that liberals dislike. Firing him was illegal, a violation of Title 5, section 7323(c) of the federal statutes, which gives federal civil servants the right to express their opinions about "political subjects." But the federal courts don't have jurisdiction to enforce Title 5, section 7323(c), so the author had to file a complaint with the federal agency, headed by an Obama appointee, that is supposed to enforce the civil service laws. His complaint was rejected, but the people who run the agency refuse to explain why, because they know they have no logical reason for rejecting it
