This is an excellent addition to the adventures of Percy Jackson and his demigod friends. The whole series is fun to read, with interesting story lines and engaging characters. In this installment, Percy is missing and has lost his memory. He finds his way to the hidden camp of the Roman demigods where he meets Hazel and Frank, a pair of lovable misfits. Together they must recover the legion's lost banner, defeat a giant, a return to the Roman camp before they are defeated by Gaia's armies. A fun adventure all around with a great new set of characters to discover.

It was a very good book, one of the best in the series. It had a good plot, and combined elements from previous books gracefully. The ending leaves you desperate to get your hands on the next book.
